If within 15 days of purchase you find the same model currently advertised by an authorized US Bosidin retailer at a lower price, we’ll refund you the difference if the below details are satisfied.

 Here's what you'll need to know:
- Product must be the exact same model number as it appears on www.bosidinofficial.com and in stock.

- Proof of advertised price by an authorized dealer is required (Copy of Flyer or Website URL).

- Product must be new and in original packaging. It cannot be reconditioned (refurbished), used, damaged, returned, open box, "clearance" or a demonstrator product.

- Product price must not be lower due to an advertising error or misprint.

- Advertised price must be the listed price; membership/loyalty or promo code entries are not eligible for price matching.

- Please noted: bosidinofficial.com, The Price match promise does not include BoSidin licensed retailers in other countries or sales platforms in non-US markets.

 Determinations of eligibility for a Price Match Promise payment are at the discretion of bosidin offical.

Price matches will be requested the time of purchase. After 15 days, Price Match Promise will be non-refundable the difference and and has no cash value after 15 days of purchase. Free shipping most countries

We offer free shipping for most countries(including US, UK, CA, AU, MX, EUR, NZL, SG, MAS). Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.

Different locations will be charged different shipping rates for rest Of world. It may take up to 5 business weeks or longer, depending on customs clearances.

Our preferred shipping carrier is urgent express. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers.(For example: in remote areas of Canada and Australia, we will choose standard logistics. If you want to choose expedited shipping, you can contact customer service and add money to upgrade shipping.)
Although we are happy to provide products to customers located in Alaska and Hawaii, there may be additional shipping costs in these areas and delivery times will vary.

All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. Bosidinofficial is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. We are also not responsible for transportation caused by bad weather or unexpected time (including COVID-19). 180-Day money-back guarantee

Trial our handset for at least 60 days from the date of delivery, but for no more than 180 days.

You must complete at least 8 OPT handset treatments, with treatments being 1 week apart, and take a photo of the area/s you are treating before each of the sessions.

If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction, email your 8 photos to us at sales@bosidinofficial.com with your order number, and we will review your application.

All 180 Day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 180 days of receiving your Bosidin Hair Removal Handset.

All images MUST have valid time and date stamps

If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded

If the above condition is satisfied, please complete the following return steps:

1. Please write down your "email address, order number, quantity, first name, last name, address, zip code, and please confirm the package is opened or sealed. What is more, please tell us the reason for return". And then, send it to sales@bosidinofficial.com
(Package the item(s) to be returned in the original BoSidin packaging.)

2. Our team will reply to the return authorization information and inform the return address within 48 hours. (Please do not return the same way before authorization)

3. If less than 180 days from the date of purchase, when your hair removal device has product problems and you need to return the BoSidin hair removal device, we will be responsible for your return shipping cost.

Please note that non product quality problems, the return shipping fee needs to be paid by yourself.

Please note: If the hair removal device is damaged due to improper personal use (including breakage), it is not covered by our warranty.
