If you refuse a shipment from BoSidin official store or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your hair removal at home device package after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to BoSidin Official Store. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Different locations will be charged different shipping rates. It may take up to 5 business weeks or longer, depending on customs clearances.
Our preferred shipping carrier is urgent express. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers.(For example: in remote areas of Canada and Australia, we will choose standard logistics. If you want to choose expedited shipping, you can contact customer service and add money to upgrade shipping.)
Although we are happy to provide hair removal at home products to customers located in Alaska and Hawaii, there may be additional shipping costs in these areas and delivery times will vary.
We are sorry that we do not support ships to Egypt at this time.
All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. Bosidinofficial is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. We are also not responsible for transportation caused by bad weather or unexpected time (including COVID-19). It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your hair removal device parcel at home in a timely manner and Bosidinofficial will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. Bosidinofficial is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.

After we are sent out, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number associated with your parcel. If you are registered with us, you can check the status by signing in and selecting your order under “Order History”. Alternatively, you can insert the tracking number supplied into the shipping website. You will also receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order, even if you do not have an account with us. Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after this 30 day period, we can not guarantee your refund.
